Medals galore for Gerrit Maritz Primary
The Cross Country League 3 saw many medals for Gerrit Maritz athletes.
Laerskool Gerrit Maritz Primary School is proud of its achievements at a Cross Country League 3 event recently.
Earlier in August, 35 athletes from the school participated in the league held at Laerskool Rapportryer and all finished in the top 10. They walked away with five gold medals, four silver and one bronze.
“Our cross country stars practice tirelessly every single day, achieving great results time after time,” school spokesperson Sonia Eksteen said.
