Preschool has some October holiday fun

Bob and Wendy Preschool principal says their holiday programme was a major success.

The fun did not stop at the Bob and Wendy Preschool despite it being the school holidays.

This is evident as the children were treated to a fun day on October 4.

According to principal Yolande Jansen van Vuuren, the event was aimed at keeping kids busy during the holidays as many parents are working.

“We decided to arrange a fun programme to keep the kids busy during the third term school holiday, and each day they participate in a fun activity. We recently had fun in the sun and we enjoyed ourselves. The kids had a lot of games and activities including Bite a Lollipop, water basket, how low can you go, rabbit hop race, and ball in a basket among others.

“They truly enjoyed themselves so much that they don’t want schools to reopen,” said Yolande, who added the children are already asking her what they will be doing for December holidays.
