‘Partying at Randgate Library area now worse than ever before!’
LETTER: The resident again makes a desperate plea to the government and law enforcement to step in and do something about the partying at Randgate Public Library's parking area.

The municipality does not care about its residents.
I have not seen or heard of a response from my previous letter in the Herald with the headline Help! Randgate Library area a full-blown party place published on August 16. Since then, partying, noise levels, public drinking and public urinating have become worse.
These guys just want to show that they can do anything, the law isn’t for them. Our kids can’t study for the exams because of the noise level, going on till past 22:00. The police were on the scene once but did nothing with the people making the noise nor those drinking in public.

This is just a confirmation that the tax money that we pay every month is just being pocketed by the municipality. They don’t care about their residents.
We as residents don’t have a say, nor do we get help from the councillors or government.
When is this going to end? When are we going to get some help?
They are leaving us for dead.
