Proud Fathers gift the homeless in Randfontein CBD socks to stay warm

Proud Fathers NPO continues to make a positive impact in the lives of the needy by recently donating socks.

Mohlakeng’s good Samaritan Mandla Hamnca and his NPO Proud Fathers were at it again with another random act of kindness, this time donating socks to homeless people in the Randfontein CBD recently.

Proud Fathers is a local NPO that focuses on offering a helping hand to those in need.

Speaking to the Randfontein Herald, Mandla said he strongly believes that the smallest gesture matters most. He added the outreach was an effort of ensuring that the homeless people in and around the CBD have an item to keep them warm during this winter.

“I truly believe in helping people in whatever and little way I can. Something as simple as offering a person who is living in strained circumstances a pair of socks to wear, especially during this cold weather, can make a huge difference.

“I believe this is what God wants us to do over the past few days and that is to give out brand-new socks to the people who need them the most. We are so delighted that even in the cold, we can consider those in need and those who don’t have much,” said Mandla, who added that he will always strive to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
