Truck crashes into police flying squad vehicle in Homelake

Traffic was slightly affected on Wednesday morning, January 24 after a truck bumped into a police flying squad vehicle on Kenneth Avenue in Homelake.

According to information gathered at the scene, the police vehicle was travelling on Kenneth Road and preparing to make a turn onto Homestead Avenue.

The truck on the other hand was travelling on Homestead Avenue towards Greenhills and suddenly tried to turn left without alleged caution or indicating.

This is when the truck smashed into the flying squad vehicle, causing small but visible damage to the state vehicle.
