Guesthouse in Helikon Park wins Christmas Lights Competition for 2022

The votes have been counted and the results are in for the 2022 RPA Christmas Lights Competition. And the winner is ...

Houses all over Randfontein were decorated ‘to the tree’ this past festive season as homeowners wanted to impress in the Randfontein Publicity Association’s (RPA) annual Christmas Lights Competition.

The votes have since been counted and the results are in!

Chairperson of the RPA, Matiam van Vuuren, said that it was a really tough decision for judges as there were so many beautiful houses but, it came down to four houses for the top three spots (two houses shared a place).

The winners are as follows:

• First place – 49 Arend Drive, Helikon Park (Stilista Guesthouse)
• Second place – 43 Arend Drive, Helikon Park and 102 Smuts Street, Randgate
• Third place – 32 Springbok Street, Greenhills
