MEC for Finance and e-Government to visit Rand West City for two-day event

MEC for Finance and e-Government, Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko to visit Simunye and Mohlakeng respectively in a two-day event to accelerate service delivery and address community challenges.

The MEC for Finance and e-Government, Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko will be taking her departmental services that include e-services to residents of the West Rand during the next two days.

According to Mandisi Hlatshwayo, Assistant Director for Media Relations at the Department of e-Government, the MEC is expected to be at the Simunye Community Hall today (Thursday March 31) and then meet Mohlakeng residents at the Ramosa Hall on Friday April 1.

The MEC’s visit forms part of the Gauteng Provincial Government’s Ntirisano Outreach Programme to accelerate service delivery and address community challenges,” said Hlatshwayo.

Through the outreach programme, the Department of e-Government and the Department of Treasury will be providing residents with services that include:

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration for SMMEs
• Promotion of e-services such as P-Card and e-Invoicing
• Registering job seekers onto the e-Recruitment system
