Councillor Hullet Hild who was appointed Executive Mayor of the West Rand District Municipality (WRDM) late in January this year will deliver his maiden State of the District Address (Soda) at the Mogale City Centenary Hall from 14:00 on Monday, March 7.
Councillor Gerhard Kruger is the WRDM speaker.
