Dog missing after vehicle accident: Join the search party

Family and friends ask the public to join a search party for a puppy that disappeared after surviving a vehicle accident.

Members of the community have been urged to join the search party that will try to find Dennis, a mixed-breed staffie puppy that went missing after a vehicle accident on Wednesday, 12 May.

According to Ilze van Deelen, a friend of the family whose dog it is, Dennis was in a vehicle involved in the accident on the R93 near Cooke 3.

“He was wearing a green collar and is about three months old,” Van Deelen said.

Stephan Hendricks, coordinator of the search party said details of the search to be conducted on Saturday, 15 May will be shared on WhatsApp on Friday evening.
