Sello Mphatswe, FJL Wells Primary Mine School spokesperson and acting principal said the school is happy and grateful for the generosity the sponsors have shown.

We are elated because of what they have done, especially now as many of our learners are in serious need. Now that winter is upon us, learners will appreciate these shoes even more,” Mphatswe said.

Mphatswe went on to say the stationery packs contain a pen, ruler and sweets as a small treat for learners in Grade R to Grade 7.

“The learners are very excited and are even more motivated as they will also be enjoying a little treat. We are very happy for our general workers, or as we like to call them ‘general assistants’ as they will be looking much more decent in their new uniforms,” Mpatswe said.
