Man seriously injured after vehicle rolls

A man, believed to be 26 years old, sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle rollover on Deelkraal Road in Carletonville on Saturday morning (28 September).

Ineke van Huyssteen, ER24 spokesperson said they came across the scene shortly before 7am where they found bystanders next to the road and a vehicle off the roadway.

The man was found outside the vehicle with serious injuries.

“It was unclear whether the bystanders had pulled him from the vehicle, or whether he had been ejected from it. ER24 treated him at the scene before transporting him to hospital for further medical care.”

She added the exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to their paramedics.
