Poor service at police station
This makes you wonder if the station commissioner is aware of the poor service and if so then why is he not doing anything about it!?
Regarding the poor service at the Randfontein Police Station, the following.
I had to get an affidavit to my give my husband Marko permission to collect my driver’s licence.
We arrived there at about 9.30am and wrote the affidavit while standing in the queue to be served.
One police officer kept on walking out of the little office where he and another woman were sitting doing the affidavits (Room 23). The queue started growing longer and longer. We stood in the freezing cold for an hour before we got served.
We got out of there at 10.40am. This will make people go to other police stations as the service at Randfontein Police Station is poor!
One wonders if the station commissioner is aware of the poor service and if so, why is he not doing anything about it!?
We are very unhappy about this and I am sure others feel the same.
