Play a round of golf for charity
Avid golfers are invited to play a round for a good cause
The Northsider, in conjunction with Ritmia Gemeente, is proud to present its welfare golf day, which will take place on 23 May at the Ruimsig Country Golf Club.
Caxton is committed to improving the living standards of the people in the community by handing out clothes and food parcels, among other activities – that is why the focus of this golf day will be to generate money for a number of these welfare projects.
The event will be a Better Ball Stableford match, starting at 11.30am, with participants teeing off in a shotgun format.
Registration, which includes the player fee, use of a golf cart, dinner and prize-giving, is R800 per person. A four-ball will cost the players R3 200, and R5 000 to sponsor a hole from 1 to 13.
All other sponsorships will cost R3 500, and will include the sponsor’s display on the day and exposure in the Northsider, which boasts a distribution of 30 000 copies on a weekly basis.
