#RandfonteinShow: Less than two weeks to go!

Save the date for the West Rand’s biggest business and social extravaganza, the Randfontein Show, to take place at the Greenhills Stadium from 28 February to 3 March.

Excitement is building as this year’s Randfontein Show is just 11 days away.

From 28 February to 3 March, the Randfontein Show once again offers a feast of fun, food and entertainment for the whole family.

The West Rand’s biggest business and social extravaganza takes place at the Greenhills Stadium and promises top-class live entertainment by among other Francois van Coke, Robbie Wessels, Snotkop, Theuns Jordaan, Roan Ash, PJ Pretorius, Ricus Nel and Tussen Sterre, to name but a few.

The ever-popular Women’s World Day of Prayer on Friday, 1 March features guest speaker Vanessa Goosen, a former Miss SA semi-finalist who spent 16 years in a Thailand jail after being accused of smuggling drugs.

A live outside broadcast with RSG’s Brêkfis Met Derrich on Saturday, 2 March with guest artists Caroline Grace and Fatman (aka Beauty and the Beast) is a closed function and includes breakfast and a gift bag. Seating is limited, so booking is essential.

For the kids Magonjatjie, Buster and Bella and a KidZone with rides and activities aplenty.

Sunday, 3 March sees another first for Randfontein Show with the four-hour kykNET Jukebox Roadshow with artists Pieter Koen, Refentse, Liezel Pieters, Dirk van der Westhuizen, Sorina – Flooze, Irene Louise van Wyk, Lee Scott and Leah.

For the kids Magonjatjie, Buster & Bella and a KidZone with rides and activities aplenty.

Other entertainment: Dog shows, professional and amateur wrestling, strongman demo, WPC Bench Press & Deadlift Competition, Mini Circus, Harvard fly-over, street artists, buskers and a full fun-fair offering gentle to adrenalin-pumping rides. Hundreds of stalls, a variety of mouth-watering food, beer gardens and a brand-new Fiesta “Kuiergat” next to the Show Marquee.
