Wawa to address human trafficking issue

Wawa will host a special event at 9 am on 21 November at the Wawa Toekomsrus office at 27 Retief Street.

Human trafficking is a big problem in South Africa and that’s why Women Against Women and Child Abuse (Wawa) is hosting an event to speak out about it.

Wawa will host a special event on 21 November, just four days before the international campaign for 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence kicks off.

The focus of the day is human trafficking and what can be done to reduce the risks.

The event will start at 9 am at the Wawa Toekomsrus office at 27 Retief Street. For more information, contact Enrique Bhana, the founder of Wawa on 084 997 7252.
