What not to miss in sport this weekend!
Here's what's happening in the sporting world this weekend.
The Herald has compiled a list of some of the must-see sporting events that will be screened on television on Saturday, 9 June and Sunday, 10 June.
SATURDAY, 9 JUNE
Rugby:
• It’s international rugby time! With Super Rugby on hold until the end of June, rugby lovers can look forward to the Canadian Grand Prix between the world’s best teams, the All Blacks and France, which gets started at 9.25am, and is followed by the Wallabies and Six Nations champions, Ireland at 11.35am. Tune in again at 4.55pm for the first test between the Springboks and England in Johannesburg. And if that’s not enough, catch Argentina and Wales in action from 9.30pm. Another ‘don’t miss it’ is the final leg of the World Sevens Series which takes place in Paris. The Blitzboks will be in action against Scotland at 10am, against Russia at 1pm and finally against Canada at 6.30pm. Don’t forget to tune in to the classic school’s clash between Rondebosch and Bishops at 12.10pm.
Football:
• Don’t miss the Cosafa Cup final at 2.45pm, or the International Friendly between Sweden and Peru at 7pm.
Tennis:
• Catch the women’s and men’s doubles final at this year’s Roland Garros tournament at 2.45pm and 5.30pm respectively.

• UCI BMX World Championships (Cycling) from 6.30pm.
• Qualifying round of the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix (Motorsport) from 7.55pm.
• Day 4 of the first test between West Indies and Sri Lanka (Cricket) from 3.45pm.
• Women’s and men’s finals of the World Tour (Squash) from 6pm and 7pm respectively.
• Stings v Baobabs and Fireballs v Diamonds (Netball) from 4.55pm and 6.45pm respectively.
SUNDAY, 10 JUNE
Running:
• Don’t miss a minute of the Ultimate Human Race, the Comrades Marathon, LIVE from 5am on SABC 2.
Rugby:
• Knockout Rounds of the World Sevens Series in Paris from 8.30am.
