Vehicle rolls: Man seriously injured
Man seriously injured in vehicle roll-over in Westonaria.
A man believed to be in his 30s was left seriously injured after the vehicle he was travelling in had rolled on the N12 in Westonaria on Sunday night (29 October).
ER24 paramedics who arrived on the scene at 11.55pm found the vehicle lying on its roof on the side of the road. The man had already been extricated from the vehicle by members of the community.

“Paramedics found that the man had sustained a serious spinal injury, leaving him in a serious condition,” said Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson.
Paramedics treated the man and provided him with pain-relief medication before he was transported to the Fountain Hospital in Carletonville for further treatment.
Local authorities were on the scene to investigate the cause of the collision.
