W’aria man missing, last seen on Tuesday
Police confirm what missing man was wearing when last seen.
Nkosana Smoli Petrus Cingci, 44, is missing.
He was last seen at about 9am in Edward Street on Tuesday, 26 September.
Cingci is mentally unstable, but said to be very friendly. He is of average build, has brown eyes and is bold. He is 1,5 metres tall, has a broad nose and full lips. His ears are of normal size.

At the time of his disappearance, Cingci was wearing khaki trousers, a blue and an orange golf T-shirt and blue sandals.
