RPA winter charity drive: Just four days left
Just four days left to assist the RPA in its Winter Charity Drive. Details here:
There are just four days to go till deadline and for the public to jump in and support the Randfontein Publicity Association’s (RPA) Winter Charity Drive.
As reported in early May, every year the RPA, organisers of the annual Randfontein Show, gives something back to the community it serves.
“The RPA has a heart for charity and every year we organise a Winter Charity Drive during which we buy food, clothing and blankets and distribute them to the disadvantaged,” said Joy Hamann, RPA Publicity Officer.
“We want to make a difference to those in need and appeal to RPA members and members of the public to assist us with the 2017 drive, which ends on 31 May,” said Joy.
“Those who cannot knit or don’t have the time but would still like to participate in the charity drive are welcome to drop store-bought items off at the RPA/ Show office at Greenhills Sport Stadium up to and including 31 May. Cash donations are also welcome.”
Distribution begins early in June.
