The new artist on the block with the voice of an angel visited the town for Laerskool Randfontein’s (Ram) Mr and Miss Rammies competition.
Heidi, new to the South African music scene, shared the first single, Wat ‘n Hart Laat Lag, off her debut album with her fans.

Her single was released on Tuesday, 18 April and received a good response on South African radio stations. One station, Jacaranda 94.2, featured her single as their Chamberlains’ Hot Hit.
Pierre van der Westhuizen from Maroela Management feels that this first success may be Heidi’s entry into the top charts.
Other than her immediate success on the airways, Heidi has released a cover music video of The Gambler, which was originally sung by Kenny Rogers. The cover did extremely well, making it to Number 3 on iTunes’ Top Afrikaans Music Video list.
At Mr and Miss Rammies, she performed her first single as well as other songs off her new album, and wowed the crowd.
Although Heidi is new to the South African music scene, she is definitely an artist to look out for in 2017.
