The moment of truth is upon us after just 10 months in development.

During the Herald‘s latest visit to the mall on Tuesday, 4 April, George Papavarnavos (developer) said the finishing touches are being done, including paintwork, cleaning and moving tenants in.

For George, the number of big chain stores coming on board was a major highlight. He also praised everyone who had a hand in the project, from the pastor who blessed the location some time ago to the municipality, tilers, cleaners, contractors and local authorities.

“The co-operation from everyone has been astronomical. We appreciate everyone’s involvement and with just the nitty gritty things to go, we are looking forward to the opening and happy trading.”

Jimmy Pappas (the assistant developer) added, “We are satisfied and on target to meet the commitments we made to our town. We have gone from an empty dream to being well on the road to fulfilling the dream we see today.”
