#TrainingForWinterThursday: Bodybuilder gives fitness tips

He loves the challenge of this sport the most.

For this weeks #TrainingForWinterThursday Terence Byrne, a SA Championship bodybuilder spoke to the Herald about staying fit during winter.

Terence is also a fitness trainer at the Muscle and Fitness Academy, and competed at the SA Championships. He finished fifth in the under 179cm, 86kg division last year in September.

Terence started training 13 years ago, and said he loves the challenge of this sport the most. He said the competition is extremely tough. He also loves training indoors and outdoors. In August this year, Terence will be competing in the Arnold Classic Competition, where he hopes to qualify by making the top three.

Terence said he owes his success to his current gym, Muscle and Fitness Academy, where he has been training for a year. He does weights every day and cardiovascular exercises twice a day.
