A young man was recently was stabbed and killed in Peacehaven, Randfontein.
The 25-old-man was fatally injured at approximately 8.40am on Sunday, 13 November in the area, said Captain Appel Ernst, Randfontein Police spokesperson.
The exact events surrounding the young man’s death are currently unknown by the Herald, however, Police confirmed he was stabbed in his upper body which lead to his death.
Ernst said Police were called out to a home in Selukwe Peak Street in the area and upon arrival they found the body of a 25-year-old victim. The victim was declared dead on scene.
After an investigation of the scene Police managed to arrest a 34-year-old male suspect who made his first appearance in the Randfontein Magistrates’ Court on 16 November.
