Colonel Van Staden from the Krugersdorp Police’s detectives unit is urging the community to be on the lookout for a girl who went missing on Friday 27 May.
Shannon Lombard, 19, was last seen leaving her home to go to Checkers in Noordheuwel at about 8.45am that morning. She was wearing a black denim with a brown jacket and Tommy takkies.
She has brown hair with blue/grey eyes, thin lips and a small nose. She was also allegedly spotted at Key West Shopping Centre on the West Rand over the weekend.
Van Staden is appealing to the West Rand community for any information regarding Shannon’s disappearance.
