Thusanang Adventures to relaunch in Toekies

Thusanang Adventures, Toekomsrus’ youth development hub recently announced their temporary closing for operations, training and big changes.

The organisation gives youth who are those under the age of 35 guidance around skills needed in the workplace as well as in life. They started in Toekomsrus in 2004 and have just gone from strength to strength.

Sheldene Fisher from Thusanang announced in early March they will be closing to regroup.

Unfortunately we will not render any services to the community for the next month.

“From May we will have a different approach to the community and services that we will be rendering. We will be launching a total different Thusanang Adventures,” she said.

Although they hoped to relaunch at the beginning of May, they will still be taking a few more weeks in order to make Thusanang better than before for residents.

Fisher added they are looking at opening in the next two weeks if all goes to plan. As soon as they re launch, they will make their new programmes public with all the details for youth to enrol in them.
