Enter contest to show you care about animals

Animal Anti-Cruelty League's (AACL) Poster Competition in full swing.

Primary school children have until Saturday 31 October to enter the Animal Anti-Cruelty League’s (AACL) very fun Poster Competition.

The competition gives children the opportunity to create posters where people show kindness to animals and show their support for the welfare of Animals.

The poster must clearly carry the message: Be kind to animals. The closing date for the competition is 31 October. To enter, children have to create posters depicting ways in which people show compassion and kindness to animals, care for, and affect their lives in positive ways.

This poster must not just be a pretty picture, but a picture with a message. A slogan or title may also contribute towards making the message clear. A good poster grabs the attention. Children can use any medium for instance paint, pastel, ink or crayon and be as creative as possible. Paper must either be A2 or A3. Children must keep their poster bold, striking and original and be sure to have fun.

Children can enter as many times as they like, but they must send a donation with the entries. All the funds will be used by the (AACL) in their work of caring and protecting animals.

There are big prizes up for grabs.
