Update: Scooter-bakkie collision was not a hit and run
An eyewitness has come forward saying all the necessary procedures were followed after the collision.
There have been several versions of yesterday’s scooter-bakkie collision collision but one man claims to have seen it all.
Gert Havenga, an eyewitness of the collision has now confirmed that the driver of the white bakkie involved in the crash gave his details to authorities as is required.
He saw the bakkie at the collision and also saw the driver speaking to a Randfontein Traffic Police Officer.
