Car spins out of control on R28

... ends up approximately 20 metres away in the veld.

A woman miraculously escaped unharmed after she had lost control of her vehicle and ended up approximately 20 metres into the veld.

The accident took place on the R28 towards Krugersdorp around 7.30am on Tuesday morning.

The Herald was informed on scene that Sindi Molefi, who was driving the black Toyota Etios, is an employee of the Bosasa Youth Development Centre.

She said,

I was on my way to the garage when I suddenly had no control of the vehicle.” She assured the Herald she was driving within the speed limit.

ER24 was on scene to treat the woman for any injures although she seemed physically unharmed, but in shock as her fellow employees comforted her. She intended going to the doctor for a thorough check up though.

It remains a mystery why the vehicle suddenly could not be controlled.
