BREAKING NEWS: Droogeheuwel destroyed by fire
'We went to the scene this morning and there is nothing left of that place' – CPF
Famous Randfontein pub, Droogeheuwel, has suffered a great tragedy and burned down on Wednesday night.
The establishment did not just suffer a small fire that could be contained, it burned down.
According to Louise van Wyk, deputy secretary for the Randfontein Community Policing Forum (CPF),
We went to the scene this morning and there is nothing left of that place.”
The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage and the manager of the establishment has been contacted but to no avail.
