RCA lays down the 10 Commandments

Randfontein Christian Academy's annual concert blows the public away.

The community were reminded of the laws in the Bible when the Randfontein Christian Academy held its annual concert at the AGS Randfontein on Thursday.

The theme of the concert was based around the Ten Commandments. Each grade had the opportunity to portray a commandment, including Don’t make idols for yourself, Keep the Sabbath holy, Don’t murder and respect your parents.

The little ones from the lower grades especially were adorable on stage.

None of the pupils showed an ounce of nerves and enjoyed every cheer and clap from the audience. After the children it was the teachers’ turn on stage who did not disappoint with their “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” message.

RCA currently has 105 pupils studying under the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) module. The school focuses on individualised teaching and personal attention for each pupil.

Retha Maré, RCA principal said she was very happy with the turnout at the concert and very proud of the hard work each and everyone at the school had put in.
