New heights for six Randfontein Netball Club members

Leané Nolan, Arné Kotze, Jade-Lynn Booysen, Michandri Coetzee, Angelica Christians and Boitumelo Munyai made it to the final trials of the U19 West Rand squad.

Six members of the Randfontein Netball Club reached new heights in their careers after they made it through to the final trials of the U19 West Rand squad.

They are Leané Nolan, Arné Kotze, Jade-Lynn Booysen, Michandri Coetzee, Angelica Christians, and Boitumelo Munyai.

They took part in the final selections for the West Rand A, B, and OR Tambo Soncini A Teams in April where Leané, Arné and Jade-Lynn were chosen as part of the final squad. These players will now go on to represent the West Rand during the Telkom National Championships in Cape Town this July.

Randfontein Netball Club shows off talented players

Numerous women and girls from the Randfontein Netball Club are reaching new heights in the sport.

Firstly, six players Leané Nolan, Arné Kotze, Jade-Lynn Booysen, Michandri Coetzee, Angelica Christians, and Boitumelo Munyai were all selected as part of the U19 West Rand squad. They will now take part in the final selections for the West Rand A, B, and OR Tambo Soncini A teams on Sunday, April 23.

Vice president and head coach of the Randfontein Netball Club Marilize Coetzee was also selected for the Western Gauteng Interprovincial Tournament for action netball that took part between February 26 and March 4 in Midstream.

Michandri Coetzee was also selected for the U19 B team for the Western Gauteng Juniors Action Netball team who was in action from April 3 to April 8. Marilize said that they as a club are very proud of all the players.
