Wheatlands elderly treated to Christmas party
Elderly at Wheatlands Old Age Home were treated to a Christmas party to be loved and appreciated.
Local resident and founder of the Wheatlands Old Age Home, Pauline Mokae, hosted a successful Christmas party for the elderly citizens mid-December.

This was an effort to get the elderly citizens in the mood for the festive season.
Speaking to the Herald, Mokae said her efforts were well received and added that those who were present had an amazing time.

“I decided to host the Christmas party for the elderly because I wanted them to feel loved and appreciated. I also invited some of their family members who joined in on the fun. I must say, everything went well and the elderly were dancing and enjoying themselves.”
