Wings holds successful donation drive at Tambotie
People who donated items were entered into a lucky draw. Most of the items donated were groceries and cash.
Wings of Inspiration Elderly Care Centre recently held a donation drive at Tambotie Mall, and those who donated items had a chance to win some great prizes.
The drive was held between Friday, September 2 and Sunday, September 4 and it was seen as a huge success.
Housefather at the centre Andrè Smith said everyone who donated items had their names entered into a lucky draw to win some awesome prizes. Most of the items that were donated to Wings during the weekend were groceries and cash.
Wings would like to thank Lenette Nordin, Tambotie Mall centre manager as well as Woolworths, PNA, Beast Leather and Mr Price Sport for donating the prizes, PostNet that did the printing for the event, and Margaret Jonker from Wings of Inspiration for coordinating the event,” said Andrè.
