“It is alleged that on Friday evening, 31 May, two police officers on duty were patrolling in Westonaria when they came across two suspicious-looking men. They approached them and asked to search them. Upon searching them, the officers recovered a firearm and both suspects were apprehended and detained at the Westonaria Police Station,” Sefara said.
