The Bekkersdal Police are looking for the next of kin of an unknown black male whose body was found partly decomposed in a local mine.
Sergeant Linkie Lefakane, Bekkersdal Police spokesperson, said the body was brought to the surface by mine security on 3 August. The matter was immediately reported to the police.

“We are conducting an inquest. Anyone with a missing male friend or family member should please contact the Bekkersdal Police on 011 755 0000/ 06, or call Crime Stop on 08600 10111,” Lefakane said.
