‘The exhibition addressed issues such as domestic violence, sexual offences, crimes against the elderly and tips to prevent crimes.'

Other social crime prevention teams such as the Department of Justice, Department of Social Development, the National Prosecution Association, the South African Women’s Lawyers Association and Legal Aid South Africa also supported the awareness project.

The pamphlets contain unique and helpful information that may aid citizens with legal and social crime prevention information.

Some of the pamphlets informed victims of abuse about shelters and helplines, while others gave road, shopping and safety tips.
