Farm attackers stopped in their tracks

Police made 308 arrests in one week ranging from railway crossing to murder.

The West Rand Cluster Police secured 308 arrests in one week and managed to stop farm attackers from striking.

According to Warrant officer Hitler Ngwenya, West Rand Cluster Police spokesperson, police arrested three suspects in Fochville before they were able to carry out a farm attack. The suspects were aged between 29 and 39. They were found in possession of ammunition and a two-way radio. The suspects will be appearing in the Fochville Magistrates’ Court today.
