R’fontein singer voted Best Newcomer

Yet another award added to Linda Killian's repertoire.

Randfontein’s Linda Killian made her hometown proud when another award was added to her repertoire.

Killian recently released her third studio album, Under the Storm, which was produced by award winning producer, Johan Kelber.

Earlier this year Linda was nominated for the Eurovision South Africa awards and on Wednesday, 16 December at the Jacaranda Kersliggies event hosted by Eurovision, she received an award for being the SA Newcomer of the year.

This is not the first award she has received for her talents. In 2013 she received a Netherland award for a song that ran for 38 weeks on their top 20.

She is one of three Randfonteiners who were nominated in various categories. Marle, Gert de Beer and Tanya V also received nominations.
