It was a tragic beginning to the month of July as Netcare 911 reported they had to airlift a critically injured patient from the R559 on Wednesday.
Santi Steinmann, spokesperson for Netcare911 confirmed, “We airlifted a 6-year-old child. It was a pedestrian collision. We were not the primary medical services to respond, we were called as a secondary response because of the airlifting.”
