Decomposed body found next to main road

The deceased is estimated to be between the ages of 30 and 40.

On Monday 2 March Westonaria Police found a decomposed body just off the N12 approximately 180 metres from the Losberg turnoff, following a complaint about a person presumed to be dead.

Police found the body of an unknown African male laying face down next to the road towards Johannesburg.

The deceased was wearing a torn black Drimac over a light brown suede jacket and a white and brown jersey. The deceased had brown pants on as well as reddish-brown ankle boots.

Next to the body was a blue cap with a “Blue Ribbon” print and backpack with clothing. The age of the deceased was estimated to be between 30 and 40. There was no form of identification on him.
