Lucky Titus’ murder sparked mob justice in Mohlakeng in October last year when residents took to the street and burned and vandalised the home of who they believed was the man responsible for his death.
Since that time, four men were arrested in connection with Titus’ death. Court cases began in November with standard postponements and bail applications.
The latest of the court cases at Randfontein Magistrates Court was the outcome of the bail application put forward by the defence.
The four men who are accused of the murder of Titus have been denied bail.
The matter will now move to the Regional Court.
