The Champagne Cup cocktail is a classic recipe combining a few ingredients into an incredible drink. Recipe by Leopard’s Leap.
Ingredients
- 30 ml brandy
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 5 ml Maraschino cherry syrup
- Maraschino cherries
- Leopard’s Leap Culinaria MCC
Method
- Stir the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne coupe.
- Top up with the Cap Classique and gently drop a Maraschino cherry or two into the glass.
