Hoteliers and head chefs mingle at industry cheese and wine

Bursary students mingle with donors at The Swiss Hotel School event.

An industry cheese and wine event at The Swiss Hotel School brought together some of the biggest names in the business.

Live music and delicious servings complemented the smiles that abounded as old friends met and new acquaintances were made.

This networking was important, as school director Stephen Hickmore said in his address to the crowd – the industry had come out of a difficult time with the pandemic.
