Damelin spoils pupils with movie giveaway
JOBURG – Whether you are a Superman or Batman fan, Grade 12 pupils are in for a treat this March.
Damelin is set to hold a first-of-its-kind campaign, where the educational institute has 2 000 double VIP tickets to the opening night of Batman versus Superman: Dawn of Justice 3D to give away to lucky Grade 12 pupils all over the country. The competition makes history as the first education brand to have such a unique giveaway for pupils.
This giveaway also includes a free combo of popcorn, cool drink, a sweet treat, and 3D glasses for the winner and a friend. Grade 12 pupils must enter before 3pm on 17 March to win a seat to watch two of the greatest superheroes battle it out on 24 March. To enter, either submit your details on the Damelin website, send an SMS, with the word ‘Superhero’ to 45119, or submit a data card to a Damelin schools marketer at your school.
Damelin has secured private venues at eight Nu Metro cinemas across the country from Hyde Park, Emperors Palace, Bedford View, Pavilion, Canal Walk, Walmer and Loch Logan, among others.
National campus manager for Damelin, Kapil Jaggeth said, “We want Matric pupils to enjoy a fun night before they face the pressure of the upcoming exams in March.” Damelin encourages winners and their friends to dress up as their favourite superhero on the night, post a photograph on social media and tag Damelin with #damelinsuperheroes to win spot prizes.
