Dancing troop donates
KENSINGTON B – Randburg SAPS trauma centre is given secret Santa gifts.
The Outlaws SA Line Dancing Club troop gathered at the Randburg SAPS Trauma Centre to hand over delightful care packages on 17 December.
Nancy Mawdsley a member of the troop said, “The women normally come together at the end of the year for a secret Santa give out, this year we decided to do something different.” Instead of the usual gift swapping among the members, the troop collected toiletries, toys, sweets, face cloths, essentials and much more to donate to the trauma centre.
Some of the care packages came in pretty handbags that can also be donated. The Randburg SAPS Trauma Centre offers support to victims of crime, especially children and rape cases. All donations are greatly appreciated and welcomed to help those affected by crime.
