Jokers in July – Loyiso Gola

Catch Loyiso Gola as he performs live on 10 July at 8pm at the Theatre of Marcellus at Emperors Palace in the format of the recent State of Nation. In true form to his outspoken and intelligently frank manner, an enthralling show can be expected. Known as one to pull punches – this comedy style has won him many admirers as he has continuously gone where most comedians don’t dare. Entrance fee R150 per person.

Jokers in July – Marc Lottering

Catch stand-up comedian Marc Lottering as he shares some of his favourite stories, as told over the years. Lottering will be performing at the theatre of Marcellus at Emperors Palace on 11 July at 8pm. Entrance fee R150 per person.

Coffee and Chocolate Expo

Are you a coffee or chocolate person? Make your way to Montecasino from 16 – 19 July at 9.30am to taste different roasts and flavours to decadent artisan chocolates. There will also be an array of speakers who will be sharing their knowledge. You will also have an opportunity to temper chocolate with real Belgian chocolate with two of South Africa’s finest chocolatiers.Tickets are available online from iTickets for R90.

The Ice Age Exhibition

Make your way to the Sandton Convention Centre for the Ice Age Exhibition. Children can enjoy different activities at reasonable prices such as, riding on slides, a virtual aquarium, face-painting stations, panda and polar bear carousel rides.
