The 2014 Soccer World Cup fever is around the corner.

To celebrate football’s greatest event, soccer fans, sushi lovers and samba dancers will collide in spectacular style on 7 June, when Latino entertainer César Alvarado performs live at a pre-World Cup dinner and dance event at Hashi in Rosebank.

The evening will include an all you-can-eat sushi buffet by international chef Edwin Gil, and a Rio Carnival entertainment experience featuring sensational Latin and Brazilian music.

César will perform classic and contemporary hits such as Bambaleo, Guantanamera and La Bamba, among others.

He hails from Lima, Perú, and is renowned for taking audiences on a musical adventure from Mexico to Argentina, with his inimitable dance show and vocal ability. Patrons will also be treated to a crash samba and salsa class by César on the evening, while others can relive the best goals of football.
