Darrenwood Tennis Club makes history by winning Premier League for first time
The players have a plied their trade in national and international tournaments and are reaping the fruit of their labour.
After being promoted to the Premier League for the first time in Darrenwood Sports Club's history, the men's A tennis team went on to win the league.
Last year's promotion was followed by this year's ultimate victory after Darrenwood beat Olivedale, Bryanston, Riverridge, Bedfordview, and finally Johannesburg Country Club 46–42 in games in the final.
