Bryanston Country Club’s junior golfers gave it their all in the B and C Division Junior Club Championships.
According to the club’s golf director Darrin Hedley, the players powered through some tough and testing conditions on June 28.
“Despite the chilly wind and nerves that come with a championship, the juniors produced some fantastic golf. The event was played in great spirit and camaraderie.”
Hedley added that many of the juniors were also playing in their first major competition which they absolutely loved.
“Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we weren’t able to have the full championship experience,” he said.
The winner of B division was Liam Tebbutt, Ross Turner came in second place while Gareth D’Oyley finished in third.
The title for division C champion went to Ethan Rowe, runner-up and second place was Jack Dodgen while Keagan Davies finished in third place.
