In Tweets: South Africans react to Bafana qualifying for Afcon 2019
South Africans were left pleasantly surprised when Bafana convincingly qualified for AFCON 2019 in June, which will be hosted in Egypt.
South African football fans have been disappointed by the national team performances in the past couple of years but this time around Bafana proved many of their critics wrong by convincingly qualifying for the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) 2019 in Egypt.
South Africa defeated Libya 2–1 in Tunisia and the celebrations started straight after the final whistle.
